Terms of Service

Welcome to KC3 Beauty. By visiting kc3beauty.com or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by KC3 Beauty Products Trading, a business registered in the Philippines under DTI registration no. 1144208, with its principal place of business in Taguig City, Metro Manila. Throughout the site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to KC3 Beauty.

2. Using this site

By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

3. Products and information

We do our best to display our products, scents, and packaging accurately. Screen colours and photography may differ slightly from the actual item, and labels or packaging may be updated from time to time.

KC3 Perfumed Alcohol is a topical, external-use product. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions on this site are for general information only and are not medical advice.

We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue any product or scent at any time, and to limit order quantities per customer.

4. Safe use of alcohol-based products

• For external use only. Do not swallow.
• Keep away from eyes, open flames, and heat. Alcohol is flammable.
• Keep out of reach of children. Do not spray directly on children or pets.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

You are responsible for using the product as directed on the label and on this site.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are inclusive of taxes where stated. Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. Shipping fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment via QR Ph through PayMongo. Payment must be completed or accepted before an order is dispatched.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even if the order has already been confirmed.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, where stock is unavailable, where an address cannot be served by our couriers, or where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery timelines, fees, and courier terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or other applicable law.

8. Promotions, discount codes, and the KC3 Beauty Club

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their own stated conditions, may be limited in quantity or duration, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may modify or withdraw a promotion at any time. Codes obtained through fraud, resale, or abuse may be voided.

By joining the KC3 Beauty Club, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

9. Customer accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

10. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, publish, and reproduce it in connection with our brand and marketing. You confirm the content is your own, is accurate, and does not violate anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or spam.

11. Intellectual property

The KC3 Beauty name, logo, product designs, label artwork, photography, and site content are our property or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written consent.

Scent names on our products are our own and are described as "designer-inspired." Our products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other fragrance house or brand, and any third-party brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to third-party sites and services (such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, PayMongo, and our courier partners). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, and force majeure.

14. Privacy

How we collect and handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We process personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one in effect. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be brought before the appropriate courts of Taguig City / Metro Manila, to the exclusion of other venues.
